This very interesting film is full of odd allegory and symbolism that the filmmakers never attended, but it's hard not to miss now. Bah (which is Navajo for "Wash") and her Mom spend the day making blankets. One day Bah needs another doll, her Mom saw a doll at the trading post. Why doesn't Bah go there and trade it for the doll? That's what she attempts to do, but the blanket is so low quality that the trader refuses. A young boy sees this, and buys the doll and gives it to Bah, making him her hero. The females playing Bah and her Mom are actually pretty good actors, very natural. It's when…
