Don't know why Spuzz gave this only 3 stars. This is an important historical document. A hundred years from now our descendants, if there are any, may be wondering how that thing was built and by who? Today we take the Bridge for granted, but we hadn't ought to. I give it 5 stars for documentary value; it's also a well made film.

From his skinny tie and narrow lapels I'd guess the mid-late 1950s. (or he's a proto-punk rocker)
