Film about air that tends to go everyplace (oh, I see! Very clever!) first they talk about wind, then all of a sudden they're talking about tornadoes, then experimental planes, then floatation devices. No connection between any of them, they just go. As the description says, nice little tornado animation here. but that's about it..
