Hi, I am a producer of the experimental film written and directed by Taiwanese director. The film is completely independent and entirely self-funded. It is in post-production now and we are hoping to use some of this clip. We would like to check with you if it is free of charge to use this particular footage in our film considering that we will send it to film festivals and it is likely the film will be shown on the big screen. In films like this, I sort of like to put my reviews in before reading any sypnosis or other reviews.. Anyways, This feels like snippets from a student film, lots of experimental shots, woman just wandering around, meandering focus, etc. We also get shots of kids at Central park, a pretty amazing marionette performance, a musical performance or two, shots from the subway, and again, lots of out of focus shots. There are even some black periods which led me to believe this could be an AB roll of some kind, which would be interesting..
