Yugoslavia's Marshall Tito arrives in Moscow's vast Kiev station to receive a welcome worthy of a conqueror. An organized reception that is a far cry from the denunciation hurl at Tito by the official red press only a few years ago. The man who Stalin sough to destroy is greeted like a long lost friend by Khrushchev and Bulganin in the culmination of their campaign to win Yugoslavia back. A well rehearsed city gives its accolade. The last step in a wooing that included abject apology, repudiation of Stalin and the firing of foreign minister Molotov.
