Synopsis
Possibly footage for a Mode-Art production - appears to be a location scouting mission and/or documentation of windmill siting in rural and wilderness areas of Wyoming and Colorado. The roll concludes with home-movie-like footage of children playing outdoors in front of a house. Leader notes: "Orig ENT / 6-8-70 / rolls 1-6 / D Bell" Can notes: "3 Beach Wind Mill Plane"
