Synopsis

A visit to the ruins of the Apadana Palace at Persepolis, in modern-day Iran, with observant photography of the sculptures, towers, inscriptions and friezes including a double-griffin protome, and with a visit to the tombs of the Achaemenid kings at Naqsh-e Rostam. Also with movements of freight and people by camel, goat, and donkey. Filmed by tourists from Arkansas.
