Synopsis
California School for the Deaf (at Berkeley, Calif.) installs new, unique fire escape. Board of Education and Fire Department representatives review it; they watch children slide down and escape; children can escape at rate of 150 per minute; officials watching; children coming out of chute in rapid succession; various views of chute and adults testing it; whole school and faculty in front of school building.
