Synopsis
CARRY ON Produced: 1930 Description Reel 1, 4-H club members sightsee in Washington, D.C. The members view the Declaration of Independence in the Library of Congress and visit Mt. Vernon. Reel 2, the boys and girls see exhibits in the Smithsonian Institution, a session of the House of Representatives, the Lincoln Memorial, and Arlington National Cemetery. President Hoover delivers a short address.
