Made for the home market, this silent Castle Film shows the Royal Wedding of Princess Elizabeth and Philip Mountbatten, which took place on 20 November 1947 at Westminster Abbey in London, United Kingdom. The morning of the wedding, Philip had been made Duke of Edinburgh, Earl of Merioneth and Baron Greenwich.
