Looks to me like a reel from a low rent movie program! We start out with Eddie Cantor pleading for the audience to buy tickets for a benefit performance to help the unemployed! Then after that, a nifty little ditty about Canada and the Northwest, love the songs here! After that, a low rent comedian (who reminds me of Paul Lynde) takes us on a yuk-filled trip to Washington DC. Lots of locations and jokes are revealed. That was fun!
