Synopsis

Arrest Bulldog Drummond is a 1938 American crime thriller film directed by James P. Hogan. It was the sixth of eight B-pictures featuring the character produced by Paramount Pictures in the late 1930s. All but the first starred John Howard as Drummond.

Phyllis gets more involved and shows her savvy against the bad guys. George Zuccco is the bad guy (surprised?) manning the latest version of the "death ray." The story moves right along and is entertaining. One question: if the death ray depends on focusing two beams on the surface of an explosive material, how can it penetrate the walls of an arsenal?
