Synopsis

An open-ended film designed to stimulate discussion about integration of a school system. Shows the cleavages that develop in a community over a school busing plan. Explains that these differences of opinion have to do with cost and the integrity of the neighborhood school as well as with integration. At the school board meeting two whites argue pro & con of busing, two blacks do the same.
