I found this film so very sad, yet not that long ago. The awful downward trajectory, because of a combination of circumstances, still affects thousands today. There are still homeless people struggling to survive. But at least there have been some changes to the way people live, although social services are still woefully inept. A very good film and worth watching when we feel that what we have now is not enough. It's a good reminder. .
