Awesome film about what the dumbfounded army nurse guy should do when confronted by a woman about to give birth at home when all he was assigned to do is take the dame to the hospital. A very messy birth comes forth. Lots of blood. That's gonna be some cleanup.The narrato also advises the chap to say to the mother she's got a lovely boy. What if it isn't? WHAT IF IT ISN'T??? Better then that similar titled childbirth movie on here. This is a MUST SEE on this site!

Its totally real - my health teacher, Mr VanCamp showed this film for years, apparently after he’d been told to scrap it for something less graphic. I saw it in ‘88, sent to the principal for passing out / who sent me to the nurse and asked me if ‘VanCamp was showing that awful birth flick to 9th graders again’. Yes he is, my man. Poor VC on ‘sabbatical’ for the next 3 years at least. I still blame myself for diming the old guy out. Tyranny. Beauty flick, 5 stars.
