The common theme here seems to be: athletic/leisure activities on holiday. I think they're in jocks for the handball games simply because it's probably really hot. They're playing in a concrete court on a bright day. It likely felt like an oven. What is perhaps more interesting, is how much more comfortable men were displaying their bodies at the time. As you can tell by the frame grab, there is two guys here, buck naked, aside from a jockstrap playing handball for the first wee bit. WHY. Noone knows, I mean, there's nothing in it's history that would explain such behavior. It's somewhat titulating, but mostly just bizarre. It soon cuts away to people, fully clothed, looking at the camera. Now, THERE'S a juxtaposing shot. We see some more people shots, some tennis, and then.. MORE NAKED HANDBALL! lol weeeeeee
