Not dark in subject matter, but just dark in general! Obviously the work of an unskilled cameraperson, (using the wrong speed of film being the main culprit) and in some shots, the film is slowed down (wrong speed again). But still, watching it through darkness reveals some nice shots (which made me run to google to check up what we're seeing). The first half of the film is a travel through (and maybe living in?) the Mackinac island in Michigan. The big hotel is featured, as well as other touristy things (a war fort!). There are some residential shots, but we go back to Mackinac Island…
