Love Claudia Colbert. This movie not so much. Kept waiting for the suspense that never came. Spoiled rich brat learns the value of feeling true emotions and living authentically via prison sentence for manslaughter. 90% sappy, over-emoted romance. Once wasn’t horrendous, but will be the only viewing for me. Good for those who enjoy melodrama perhaps.
