The IMDB suggests the programme is either from 24 February 1957 or 4 December 1962. Some of the jokes were borrowed from a radio script featuring Jack and Fred Allen, with Bea Benaderet as the Secretary and Mel Blanc as the agency booker. This TV version has Iris Adrian, who Benny used as a hash-house waitress on his radio shows in the 1950s and Jesse White in the Blanc role.
