Synopsis

This is the second film that Rex Bell did for Monogram Pictures beginning in 1931 and going into 1933, mostly westerns. However this little entry was about a fireman and his blind father and the girl he loves. William Farnum was cast as the father and his usual larger than life style is what it is. Rex Bell was the boy next door of his day in pictures and he's quite good. Ralph Ince brings a somewhat over the top menace to his usual villians. Sally Blane and Eve Southern as cousins vying for Mr. Bell both do good work. Uncredited but superior in early roles are Syd Saylor and Frank Larue.…
