What a fascinating insight into the old world before the World Wars. I noticed a definate lack of automobiles this is 1910, I counted just four at various points during the film, another interesting point is how some of this was filmed by putting a camera on the front of a trolley car along a long street similar to Market Street in San Francisco, speaking of which it makes a good comparison to Melbourne, in Melbourne the traffic which is sparse is 98 per cent horse drawn in 1910, on Market Street it's full of automobiles and horse drawn conveyancies to but was filmed just before the…
