I remember being one of the first classes to be taught metric measurement, and being told by 1980 the nation would be converted to metric. What happened with that? Metric makes so much more sense. Someone needs to do a documentary on what happened to the U.S. and the Metric System. As to this short: it is so classically 70's! I love it. It reminds me of Bicentennial cartoon over on the Prelinger Archives, in animation style, but it's not so psychedelic. Love the style,the kitschy song, and the concept of metric.
