My wife and I watched this Studio One presentation of "The Nativity" today. It was a bit different from what I expected, but it was enjoyable. The production is almost Shakespearean in tone with the occasional archaic word (I think I heard "hie," as in "go quickly" three times.) and much of the script in rhyme. In fact, a paragraph in the opening credits mentioned that the play was done in the manner of 14th and 15th century plays. The technical quality of my download (burned to DVD) was fine, with no serious problems in video or audio. Some segments were a bit dark, but that darkness…
