The spivs must've been shaking in their boots when they saw this! A pacy thriller, that features a very lively climactic mob fight scene. "We are aiming for 300 arrests" police Inspector Stanley Holloway tells his constables, commanding a mass raid on a gang of black marketeers. The fight contains moments of cinematic humour that matches that of Frank Tashlin. And lead Carole Landis (in her last film) gets fully in on the scrap, together with an equally glamorous woman giving the Italian chief villain a sound beating.
