An Old Chinese Proverb: One Picture Is Worth Ten Thousand Words (1946)

There are a few really good things here: first of all, the beautiful marvel of kitchen designe, the PreSet Table! Cool... and the last part of the film, which features a semi-documentary of two pretty girls living together (not in sin) and getting themselves in an inflammable situation. There are some good studio shots, and a shot of nice looking fiberglass beach costume. Overall a nice piece of informative filmmaking, but the picture is much too blurred to really be 100 % enjoyable.

Quite an enjoyable romp through The Jerry Fairbanks studio, who made such amazing shorts (which can be found on here) as Freedom Highway, Century 21 Calling and Once Upon A Honeymoon. This film mainly focuses on his contributions to the Paramount industrial film collection. Something I wasnt aware of. We see tantalizing titles such as Speaking Of Animals and Potatoes Unlimited. Some overview of how these films are made when we are shown a film about fiberglass fabrics (love the fiberglass quilt). I always love Fairbanks films, so all of this was a treat. Reccomended!
