Ranch Party is the continuation of the radio broadcast Town Hall Party, an American country music radio program broadcasted from autumn 1951 over KXLA-AM, Pasadena, Califironia, KFL-AM, Los Angeles California, and KTTV-TV. Previously to Town Hall Party being broadcasted on the radio Promoter William B. Wagnon, Jr., creator, had been booking ballrooms for between Bakersfield and Sacramento for the production.
