Anyone who has ever served in the military, shot the military way, or even a poser who wishes they had served and now owns an M1 series rifle, et al ... will enjoy watching these videos. What they taught then - still applies today. The fundamentals have not changed. Those were the days. Every citizen a rifleman - and the military made videos that helped you get there the right way.

Are there any more of these films available from this era (I'm speaking of early WWII Training Videos)? Does anyone haver any additional info on the people in the film? Were they real soldiers?

I watched this movie some time ago and it was excellent however after watching it again today I have realized that it is not the same movie. The original movie apparently has been replaced with this one. There is no part 1 and the windage and elevation instructions are missing. The description is wrong. This movie starts with part 2 not part one and part 2 are the firing positions. Very disappointing.
