Something Always Happens (1928)

A sweet little tale of how-to-get-rich-without-really trying. It shows characters who are usually played as scoundrels, loose women, nasty landlords and thieving little beggars in the nicest and most gentle light, as each character charms their way forward. The acting is good from top to bottom, the plot and script are witty in an understated way, and everything works out in the end. Enjoy.
