An innocuous Flip the Frog cartoon. All stock character types, stock themes, stock gags strung together by Flip the Bandleader doubling as a waiter - a poor choice by the restaurant management. There is a caricature of, I believe, Paul Whiteman by bandleader Flip - that is probably the cleverest sight gag, so to speak, in the cartoon. Did Whiteman contribute the background music - IMDb provides no info on this. Anyone out there have more info.
