Sort of like a home movie with narration, this movie is just ok, seems the build up is more than the payoff. 4 guys go up into the mountains to hunt elk, while enjoying their portable battery packs they brought with them to charge up shavers, lights, and their kitchen. Oh, and beer.

Group of guys, mostly middle-aged dad types, take donkeys up into beautiful autumn hills to hunt elk. They actually track, shoot, and process the animal themselves, using all parts of the critter, and bring home the rack of antlers as a souvenir. Brief bare-assed dude bathing in river at 7m mark adds humor. The real draw here is the unspoiled scenery, color sketches by one hunter, and the dated technology they carried along; that looks more like a heavy-duty radio than a TV, btw -- maybe a shortwave.
