Synopsis
In this classic Physical Science Study Committee (PSSC) film, MIT professor John G. King discusses the concept of time and shows various devices used to measure and record time intervals from 1 second down to 10 seconds. He points out that the accuracy of a clock can be judged only by comparison with another clock.
