Synopsis
16mm. home movie footage of the 1969 Apollo 11 parade in Chicago, Illinois shot from various vantage points. The City of Chicago welcomed the three Apollo 11 astronauts, Neil A. Armstrong, Michael Collins, and Buzz Aldrin, Jr., who are all seen briefly within the film. The majority of the film consists of crowd and street footage. From our Rhodes Patterson Collection.
