Rather curious pro-(I think?) marijuana film that explains the history of the drug, it's pros and some cons, and the history of it's governance. There were some interesting facts in this, like how the US government once tried to tax everyone associated with the drug, but this film does lose a lot of marks for it's boring presentation (eg still pictures)
