Fairly simple movie telling about how to avoid accidents. After walking away from surgery when another patient dies, (and acting mighty non chelant about it I might add). The doctor goes into the Lounge, picks up a 'how to avoid accidents' book and promptly falls asleep. He then has this ANIMATED (like in Cartoon) dream all about how to avoid accidents. Pretty ordinary actually.
