Synopsis
Combing exceptional photo-micrography by K.T. Rogers and animated cross-section diagrams, the film illustrates the developmental processes that transform a single-celled amphibian egg into a many-celled adult organism, a complex developmental processes through which a single-celled amphibian egg is transformed into a many-celled adult organism; fertilization, cleavage, blastula formation, gastrulation, differentiation of organs and tissues, and hatching.
