Synopsis
The Moonbeam Princess" is an animated cut-out paper puppet film adaptation of a Japanese fairy tale, directed by Kazuhiko Watanabe, produced by the Gakken Film Company of Japan and released in the U.S. by Coronet Instructional Films in 1965. It tells the story of a princess who is sent to earth on a moonbeam as a baby and raised by a woodcutter and his wife.
