Pretty straightforward respiratory rescesitation film here, made for miners (!) touching all the bases of what you need to do when your local miner gets sucked underwater, or gets uh, electrocuted (please, no overacting). Anyways, the main scene is a guy rescuing a young boy from the swimming pool. The woman in the pool doesn¡¦t seem all that concerned. You can almost see a smile on her face..
