Synopsis
Tells the story of the flight of astronaut M Scott Carpenter and his spacecraft Aurora 7. Compares the first manned flights in the air with the first manned flights into space and explains the scientific experiments conducted by astronaut Carpenter in space. Concludes with the recovery of astronaut Carpenter by the Project Mercury Recovery Team.
