Not one of my favorite Bull Drummond Films. Ronald Coleman is a bit to flamboyant for my taste . Loretta Young is lovely as always and I could easily get lost in her eyes and never want to come out. Charles Butterworth as Algy has an astuteness & “ drier “ humor but is less comedic than Reginald Denny’s portrayal of same character a few years later. Warner Oland as the stereotypical Oriental villain seems lackluster in my view which however offsets Coleman’s character. That said having watched several of these BDD films It just occurred to me whence the moniker Bulldog comes from ( Like DUH!)…
