Father Brown doesn't sweat doesn't fret and doesn't readjust, he just keeps faithfully pursuing the lost sheep(villain), whilst admiring his distinction, whilst hoping to unlock his soul, whilst remanding him to prison... Very Enjoyable with a good cat and mouse game where the two meet up occasionally and assure each other each will prevail.... After all, it's the cons duty to run and the pursuer's to chase... Father Brown has a wonderful knack of finding lost lambs (in the biblical sense). He helps a master thief realise his wrong ways by visiting his home. He tells the man a story of the old woman who only ever did one good deed by giving an onion to a beggar, when she died she went to hell but an angel took pity on her and let down from Heaven a string to which the onion was attached and began to pull her up and as she clutched for it the other damned souls did too but she screamed at them let go it's mine and at that moment the string snapped with the onion still in her hand and back she…
