Synopsis
Uses demonstration - experiments in water and glycerine to illustrate boundary layer concepts and phenomena. Demonstrates fusion welding from operation and adjustment of the welding equipment to multipass fusion welding of heavy steel plate. Uses animation and live action to show the proper torch, rod movement, and weld puddle control techniques.
