Ah, the disingenuousness of AEC Sandia (which has had ties to the US military for years), leaving the impression this film is actually footage of a secret Communist gated city. The title card at the end says that the facts in it are "true to the best of our knowledge." And that means it could be hogwash. The idea that the Soviets would shoot footage of an armed guard outside a super-secret fenced compound, or a classroom teaching Ruskies how to be Americans would boast several film cameras and perfect Hollywood-style lighting, and that the CIA would somehow get a copy of this is preposterous.…
