Synopsis
Neck 'N' Neck is a short animated silent film created by Walt Disney and Ub Iwerks and distributed by Universal Studios. It was released on January 23, 1928. Oswald takes Ortensia ("Sadie") out for a ride in his jalopy and soon finds himself in a race with a chasing police car. It was lost for a long time, but a partial copy was found in Japan in 2018.
