This is a difficult programme to review as it's, more or less, a collection of animated shorts from various parts of Europe, with bridging material and English dubbing handled by Transfilm. It was one way of making an animated series for TV--licensing the rights to foreign films at dirt-cheap cost and adding limited animation in between. You might recognise a voice or two.
