Synopsis
Wealthy Arden Stuart is bored in a party. After refusing Tommy Hewlett's wedding proposal, she has her driver driver her to a lonely place, where they have a one-night stand and return to the party, where she witnesses her driver committing suicide after being fired by a relative of Arden's. On a rainy day, Arden attends an art exhibition and meets painter and aspiring boxer Packy Cannon. They sail to the South Seas together in his boat and she falls in love with him. A couple of months later…
