Thanks for the post. I watched "EDGE" from 1969 until it was cancelled in 1984 & always thought it was the best soap on the air. I've seen several episodes from this early period at different places on the web but never this one. Didn't know any of these characters but its good to see that most of the acting was pretty good with only a couple of actors resorting to that melodramatic, phony style so highly regarded in other soaps of the day. What I found surprising watching The Edge... was the fact that on those times, soap opera characters were not unbelievably handsome, as they all are these days. So then daytime serials were a lot more realistic than now... we have made a giant step backwards.
