This is a real early show (that I've never seen before) and it's interesting to see some of the performers on here who would stay on for 15 or 20 years. Bob Lido and Aladdin, Myron Floren, and Lawrence's cousin on the drums. This is apparently before the debut of the Lennon Sisters who would first appear in December 1955. If you liked music for music's sake this show was entertaining; some of it quite dated but the standards were well performed..It began a decline in the early - mid 70's when they attempted to "modernize" and there were bad compositions and the standard performers started to…

Am surprise that a network actually pick up this show. That composer on there seems boring and hum drum. No wonder the network that had the show dropped and it went to first run syndication. Also the music was not the taste of people at the time. Could of went with a better show than this.
