The Price is Right first aired on NBC in 1956 to 1963, it was then aired on ABC from 1963 to 1965. This American game show was hosted by Bill Cullen and gave contestants the opportunity to win prizes and bid on merchandise. Models came out to show the items with a sense of elegance and flare of the time. Mr. Cullen would remind contestants what they were bidding on after the items were shown.
