This was a good movie, and, although it has the quick ending typical of the era, which also becomes predictable along the way, it didn't take anything from the film's enjoyment. Ireland's films are mixed "b" and feature film, in the latter he's often a supporting actor but this one is the best I've seen of him as a lead man, partly due I suppose, to the quality of the films production, and no doubt, his abilities and performance! But, that old codger now, who I'm guessing to be John Barton, leaving Mercedes mcCambridge to be the girl(?), anyhow, Barton, who was also in "Treasure of the Sierra…
