Synopsis
Tales of Cosmo Topper and the affectionate ghosts who haunt him and his house. The series was based on characters from the novels of Thorne Smith. A third supernatural being was added to the mix, a Saint Bernard named Neil, who was fond of spirits (the alcoholic kind).
